Terms and Conditions
SP Print & Design ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides custom printing and design services. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Process & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
  • We accept payments via secure third-party payment processors.
  • Custom orders require client approval before printing; delays in approval may affect turnaround times.

2. Customization & Design Approval

  • A proof of your design will be provided for approval before production.
  • One free revision is allowed; additional revisions will incur a fee of $10 per change.
  • The client is responsible for reviewing and approving designs; SP Print & Design is not liable for errors once approval is given.

3. Production & Turnaround Times

  • Standard production time is 5-7 business days after design approval.
  • Rush orders are available for an additional $25 fee, with a processing time of 2-3 business days.
  • Delays due to late approvals or incomplete information from the client are not the responsibility of SP Print & Design.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
  • Shipping is via ground unless the client requests expedited shipping at an additional cost.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages but will assist in filing a dispute with the courier if possible.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • If production has not started, a partial refund may be granted, minus 25% of the order total.
  • Once an order is in production, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.
  • Clients must report defects within 48 hours of receiving their order; after this period, we are not responsible for any issues.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and custom artwork created by SP Print & Design remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients must have the rights to any images, logos, or text they provide for printing; we are not responsible for copyright violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SP Print & Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total cost of the client’s order.

8. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Revised" date.
